Breathe and embrace every feeling.

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.”

-Thich Nhat Hanh

Why breathwork?

Many times throughout my life I heard the expression, “You cannot know how to love another until you know how to love yourself.”

I wondered, “How do I know that what I feel towards myself isn’t love? This is the only way I KNOW how to feel. To me this IS love. How can I feel anything different?”

Breathwork led me to the place I needed to go to find the answer to my questions. A place that was within me all along.

My heart.

It showed me how precious it is. How it needs to be treated. And that it is never alone. Because not only do I have it, it has ME. And I have the medicine of the breath.

I would be honored to share this medicine with you.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a form of meditation that focuses on the breath. It increases the amount of oxygen flowing to the brain which then allows our problem solving part of the brain to slow down and gain a sense of presence. This connects us with our body allowing a release of built up emotions. These emotions may be anger, shame, grief, sadness, guilt, fear, doubt, betrayal, anxiety, limiting beliefs, conditionings, trauma, and physical, mental, emotional abuse.

With the breath, we can show up for ourselves in a new way. We can be a witness to our divinity and break patterns that have been holding us back. Bringing forth our true essence and building a more fulfilled, joyful and creative life.
